Our Beach Days are a fabulous addition to our selection of free workshops available to schools in the summer term, usually occurring in June.

Children will take part in the following activities:

  • A litter pick along the beach
  • A sustainable fishing activity which highlights the environmental impacts of different fishing methods
  • A discussion and quiz around the impacts of plastic in our oceans and what we can do to reduce it

Alongside these activities children will also get an insight into what happens to our rubbish in Devon.
