Using props and natural resources, children adventure with the ‘Captain’ over the ocean discovering the impacts of plastics and marine litter on the way. Can they take action to save our seas?
Feeling inspired by the ‘Blue Planet’ series? We can extend your workshop by helping to organise a beach clean or litter pick of your local area (these are also available as stand-alone activities).
Please ensure pupils are dressed appropriately.
This workshop is designed to take place outdoors. Your waste educator will give you instructions and the resources needed for a practical activity back inside the classroom at the end of the session.
