Schools have a range of ways to engage with Devon’s waste education programme.
Our interactive workshops are a popular choice for schools wanting some in-school waste education. A day of workshops from experienced educators is free for maintained schools and academies. There is a small fee for private schools wishing to access our programme.
Our student led Watch our Waste project helps schools reduce and recycle more of their waste, through waste audits and action plans, which get the students involved in the decision making.
Come and see our waste management facilities, with free school trips to Exeter and Plymouth Energy from Waste plants.
