We’ve teamed up with libraries from across Devon to offer World Book Day Costume Swaps! Until World Book Day!

The participating libraries will have rails on display where anyone can donate, swap or rehome a pre-loved costume. Save last year’s costumes from going to waste and find something new to you – completely free!
